艾哈迈德·巴纳菲是沙特中央银⾏（SAMA）首席投资顾问。他早前即就职于沙特货币局（现中央银⾏）投资部，实务和研究经历超过四⼗年，深谙沙特经济、金融体系和中央银⾏，是中东产油国经济、金融和其他资源型经济体研究的资深专家。著有《沙特阿拉伯金融市场》（1993 年），且在国际清算银⾏多次发表专业文章。 罗⾥·麦克劳德于1985年至1989年担任沙特阿拉伯货币局投资部门的顾问，后担任 Objective Analysis Ltd 的董事总经理，经常与SAMA合作。
